ElitFlow is a technology agonistic integration platform which helps complex and growing enterprises consolidate their multiple EMS (monitoring) touchpoint into once common console for NOC / SOC and MSP Operations. ElitFlow has built in capabilities to co-relate incidents/events in real time at CI or Business Service levels.   • Raise only critical incident to ITSM consolidating multiple events after dedupe and correlation at asset level / business service level
  • Collects Events from All EMS systems in real Time and get consolidated Event and incident console for NOC
  • Map CI’s to Business Services to demonstrate impact analytics
